Ashley Grossman, LPC, NCC

It is my belief that therapy is driven by the relationship we create with our clients. This relationship is based on trust and vulnerability and can often lead to healing in ways that we never imagined. I focus on compassionate care with an unconditional positive regard for all of my clients, regardless of race, sex, gender identity or sexual preferences.

When working with clients, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to empower clients to regain control over their lives and build resilience.

I offer in-person and virtual 50 minutes sessions. Additionally, I offer 80 minute sessions as needed.
